the coronavirus crisis has highlighted the challenge of protecting the health of the population without causing obstacles and disruptions to the supply of goods. 

Guidelines for border management measures to protect health and ensure the availability of goods and essential services have been published in this context. 

The bottom line is that control measures should not undermine the continuity of economic activity and hinder the functioning of supply chains. Free transport of goods is crucial for the uninterrupted availability of essential goods in particular. 

We therefore try to assist you in these times as good as possible. 

Some of our colleagues will do this from home. A practical consequence of this is that the processing may take a little longer than usual. We hope that you can understand this.
